I've been playing the (beta?)patch since last evening, without any hickups. No this got me thinking about the patch prosess.
Next time, it would be wise to divide the patching. The 2007 release had 3 major showstoppers. The memory leak, the stage bugs for giro/vuelta and the favorite bug. All these does constitute an critical patch, moved out ASAP. We know the memory leak was fixed in beta path last friday and it could have been official at least on monday.
To divide the patch i one ctitical and another (later) uncritical would have given you i Cyanide time, us users some good playtime. And maybe some realistic game sugestions on the forum instead of us users acting like an pack of cracy hyenas.
(sorry for the bad english ) |

this is a bit offtopic but... I went to a friends house yesterday and he had 2006 and was playing it window mode while in a corner away from main window he had a small window. I asked to see what was that and it was the all known window: PCM encountered a error and need to close! The was the guy playing PCM2006 for hours with the error window on a corner hiding... Bit offtopic but I found it curious at say the least. Sorry about offtopic thing |
